The Seychelles Institute of Distance & Open Learning is governed by a Board which performs its functions and exercise powers conferred to it by SIDOL's Charter and the TEA Act 2011.  The members of the Board are appointed by the Minister on the recommendation of the Tertiary Education Commission.
